Do You Write For Search Engines Or Humans?

One of the hottest topics I’ve heard tossed around lately has to do with blogging. There seems to be staunchly divided camps on the subject. There are those who believe unless people are searching for the keywords you’re writing about there’s no reason to waste your time. It won’t get seen anyway. Others say you need to make sure the content you’re providing will help your readers and let the SEO take care of itself.

Do You Have A Plan For Your Blog?

Not too long ago the advice to anybody wanting to get into internet marketing or any online business was to start blogging. This would both get your content out there for the search engines and it would allow your domain to start aging. Both good things.

OK. So now your blog has been up for over six months. Are you getting the response you thought you would? Have you attracted the right kind of readers/subscribers? Is your blog making you any money every month?

What Do You Mean I’m No Fun?

Say It Isn’t So!

One of the things that I hear from readers all the time when asked about their experience on my site is they appreciate the no-nonsense internet marketing and business advice I share with them. They like that I sift through the information on the web and bring them fresh, relevant content that I think they need to have to be successful. They also like my unique insights on everything from multitasking to relaxation.

However, one of the things I hear them say is missing is fun. Fun? Isn’t life all about internet marketing? Really? Just kidding. My answer? Guilty as charged!

Since this blog started seven months ago, I have grown as a blogger, writer and internet marketer. I am always trying to improve myself and my endeavors. Unfortunately, this has given me tunnel vision and I believe it is holding this blog back from getting to the next level. Let me explain.
