Background

For those of you that don’t know him, Jeremy Palmer is the author of the(now free)mega-hit ebook called “High Performance Affiliate Marketing“. In this book, he details how he went from barely showing a profit to a super-affiliate.

Today’s Topic: Link Build Your Way To The Top

Jeremy had Aaron Wall of SEOBook.com teach today’s session.

Highlights

This session was a frustrating one for me because Aaron was moving too fast in places to take good notes and didn’t finish commenting on some of the slides before moving on.

I think Jeremy sensed this because he stopped Aaron a number of times to reinforce or ask a question about a topic he had just finished.

Aaron has forgotten more about SEO than I’ll probably ever learn and the session was still full of useful information that can be applied right away to our sites. I look forward to the slides and action guide for summary information I may have missed.

My Top Take-Away

Aaron said Google views SEOs as scum and affiliates likewise. You have to add value to your site for them to give you the love you need to be successful.
